Slab Handler / Driver

Responsibilities:
- Manage stone slabs inventory, deliveries, and slab handling.

- Unloading Containers and Slab Bundles from Shipping Containers

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the stone warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate and prioritize work assignments to meet production goals and customer demands
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies for accurate inventory control
- Utilize AS400 or similar systems to track and manage inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate forklift or other materials handling equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role in a 3PL or logistics environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in warehouse operations, including inventory control, materials handling, and OSHA regulations
- Experience working with AS400 or similar inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
